AI Delivery Lead - International Programs (Hybrid, 80-100%)

About the Role

As AI Delivery Lead, you will play a central role in turning the International Programs vision into reality. You will manage and deliver AI-enabled business solutions that create measurable value across the IP value chain.

In close collaboration with business, operations, and technology you will drive delivery across cross-functional teams, and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders while helping establish the foundations for scalable AI deployment across International Programs. Beyond delivery, you will take business ownership of selected capabilities and solutions, ensuring they continue to evolve, create value, and become an integral part of how International Programs operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the International Programs value chain, from idea through implementation and value realization.

• Translate business challenges and opportunities into actionable use cases, business cases, and delivery roadmaps.

• Partner with all stakeholders along the value chain such as underwriting, operations, finance, and technology teams.

• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Shape and embed AI delivery standards, governance, and best practices within International Programs.

• Ensure AI solutions are effectively adopted through change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Monitor outcomes and benefits to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.

• Act as business owner for selected capabilities and solutions, ensuring they are successfully embedded into day-to-day operations and continuously enhanced to meet evolving business needs.

The IP Proposition Development team is a strategic enabler of the International Programs portfolio.

Working closely with the IP Sponsor and the IP community, the team drives global capability development that shape the future of the business. With strong international exposure, the team partners across regions and functions, including underwriting, operations, finance, and technology.

About You

You thrive in complex environments where you can apply both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution skills. You are a strategic thinker and hands-on delivery leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges and turning vision into action.

You bring:

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in Business or a related discipline.

• 5+ years proven experience leading business transformation, consulting, or strategic delivery initiatives in complex organizations

• Experience delivering AI, digital, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation programs

• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI and their practical business applications is an assent

• The ability to bridge strategy, business needs, and technology delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders.

• A track record of driving change, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

• Strong project and program management capabilities with a focus on execution and results.

• Experience in International Programs, insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or another global, complex business environment is a strong advantage.

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between CHF 126 000 and CHF 188 000 for a full-time role.

• The applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
