AI Product Delivery Lead

We are looking for an AI Product Delivery Lead to drive the development, delivery, and operational excellence of our AI products. In this position, you’ll combine hands-on experience with AI technologies and strong product delivery leadership to manage a portfolio of strategic AI initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape the vision, lead execution, and ensure the delivery of measurable business value in a complex, global environment.
You’ll be part of our Property & Casualty AI Transformation team, whose mission is to harness advanced analytics and AI to create a competitive advantage for our business. We collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Digital & Tech teams to design, deliver, and scale AI solutions that enhance decision-making and improve outcomes across the organization.
About the Role
As an AI Product Delivery Lead, you will:

Own end-to-end delivery of AI products, overseeing the full lifecycle from ideation and development through deployment, scaling, and ongoing operations – with a focus on delivering tangible business value.

Define and drive the strategic vision for AI initiatives in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, translating high-level goals into actionable roadmaps and aligning delivery with enterprise priorities and resourcing.

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams – including AI Product Strategist /Product Owners, AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, and domain experts – to deliver user-centric, high-impact AI solutions at scale.

Contribute to solution design and architecture, ensuring AI products are not only innovative but also robust, explainable, secure, and compliant with governance, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Act as a trusted AI expert and advisor to stakeholders across the organization, providing guidance on the practical application of AI to solve real-world business problems.

Coordinate delivery across internal and external teams, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and communication to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Engage directly in key initiatives and projects, stepping in as needed to resolve blockers, accelerate execution, or steer toward better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI products, managing the full lifecycle from concept through deployment, scaling, and operations to ensure business value realization.

Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, aligning AI initiatives with enterprise priorities in close collaboration with business, tech, and product stakeholders.

Inspire and guide cross-functional teams — including AI product owners, engineers, data scientists, and domain experts — to deliver scalable, user-centric AI solutions.

Ensure solution integrity and compliance, contributing to design and architecture while upholding standards for robustness, explainability, and ethical AI.

Drive seamless execution across teams, proactively managing risks, resolving delivery blockers, and accelerating progress on high-impact initiatives.
About you
To be successful in the role, you have:

A university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

5+ year’s leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders in a global environment.

5+ years’ experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI or data-driven applications.

Strong understanding of data product lifecycle management and delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
-
Strong skills in translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Strong proficiency in Python and software development best practices.

Hands-on experience with AI models from training and testing to deployment in production, and GenAI solution implementation understanding strength and limitations of models, and GenAI solution implementation understanding strength and limitations of models.

Expertise in data pipelines and MLOps practices at scale.

Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and align across business and Digital & Tech.

Excellent communication skills in English, able to translate complex technical concepts into business language.

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between CHF 128,000 and CHF 192,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
