About the Role


We are looking for experienced person with an agile attitude, conceptual problem solving skills who can deliver, challenge in a positive way and wants to create an impact. You bring a breadth of knowledge and experience in communicating, convincing and consulting business customers across all seniority levels. You are a self-starter with lots of drive and positive energy, focus and dedication.

 

In this role you:


•    Develop storylines and content for executive presentations, internal and external communications, workshops and events.
•    Create, lead and update executive dashboards and present in a target-audience adapted level verbally and in Powerpoint; outstanding slide creation skills.
•    Providing regular transformation and delivery insights for C-Level, Sponsor Meetings and be the contact point for the Transformation Office.
•    Co-creating processes and continuous learning environment for the agile journey in the area of Org Design, Agile Coaching and Organizational Change.
•    Collaborating on streamlining the TOM and define way forward for Agile@Scale in Swiss Re
•    Help to build an agile attitude throughout the agile journey with leaders and employees.
•    You embrace and distribute feedback and generate insights and continuous service improvements based on the feedback received.

While most of your peers and many of your key partners are based in Zurich (Switzerland), the team is composed of an international workforce based in different locations and serving a global customer base.

 

About You


•    +7 years in strategy consulting or in a similar corporate role
•    Excellent visualization and writing skills with a clear, concise and engaging style
•    High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, structured problem solver and pragmatic
•    Ability to understand the overall objective of the content and to apply logical thinking to capture and analyse information
•    Very strong skills in Excel, PPT and ideally other tools (e.g. Power BI, Miro)
•    A natural problem solver and critical thinker who can easily break down big challenges in smaller ones
•    Ability to focus on business outcome rather than effort or output
•    Willingness to take risks, challenge your comfort zone and grow continuously
•    Passion to perform and enjoy co-creating as a team member
•    Great communicator, live and breath exemplary collaboration
•    Experience working in virtual teams
•    If not native, excellent English skills are required

 

Nice to have:


•    Agile ways of working background
•    Change Management experience (PROSCI or such)
