About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy person to join the Group Finance CFO Office. In this role, you will work in a team of diverse professionals who execute the Group CFO Office mandate on behalf of the Group Chief Financial Officer and the Finance Management Team. You will become a trusted partner of the colleagues in Finance and beyond, providing support and ensuring the timely delivery of high quality content.

 

You will be responsible to lead or support Group Finance operations tasks and processes, such as

  • KPI reporting to the Finance Management Team
  • Submission of Group Finance input to the Group Executive Committee and the Board of Directors
  • Finance communication activities
  • Launch and evaluation of internal surveys
  • Shaping of Global and Group Finance events
  • Governance processes such as legal entity creation/dissolution and Group Finance Guideline reviews
  • Engaging in strategic projects

This is a great opportunity to apply your Finance knowhow and further develop your understanding of the Finance function and topics, in addition to gaining hands on experience across a host of operational tasks, and working closely with senior leaders.

 

About You

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum of 5 year experience within a multinational financial services / insurance organization;
  • Understanding of Corporate Finance
  • Strong communication skills; experienced writer – oral and written English fluency is required
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking capabilities – eager to learn and develop
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and to tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to motivate others as well as to build and manage relationship with key stakeholders
