Are you passionate about driving meaningful organizational transformation while strengthening business resilience? Do you excel at turning strategic vision into actionable implementation? If you thrive in dynamic environments and have a talent for orchestrating change initiatives that deliver measurable results, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Change Manager to spearhead Risk Management's (RM) critical transformation initiatives from concept through to successful adoption. In this highly visible position, you'll collaborate with senior leadership to orchestrate delivery, remove obstacles, and ensure initiatives achieve meaningful outcomes that advance our organization's capabilities and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead orchestration and execution across multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholder groups to ensure cohesive implementation
  • Drive change adoption by operating as a delivery consultant, helping teams transition effectively from planning to implementation
  • Engage confidently with senior management (including the RM Executive Team and Department Operating Officers) to communicate progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance
  • Analyze and resolve complex implementation challenges through structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of change initiatives

About the Team

You will be a valued member of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) Office team, which provides strategic support to the CRO, the RM Executive Team (ET) and the broader RM function. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Relevant experience (2-3 years) with a top-tier consultancy, preferably with a risk management background
  • Strong consulting toolkit: ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct root-cause analysis, manage interdependencies, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional organizational, execution and communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Independence, personal accountability and ownership for own work

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Experience working with agentic AI concepts and solutions
  • Team player mentality with a global perspective
  • Supportive approach when working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Change management certification or formal training
  • Experience in financial services or insurance industry
