About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a highly motivated, multi-jurisdictional team advising a high growth and multifaceted business. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance iptiQ your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • participate in Compliance framework projects improving business analysis, development and management of Compliance specific tools & processes
  • to handle and coordinate M&A activities within the iptiQ Compliance teams, to drive identification and mitigation of compliance risks throughout the due diligence and integration phase with the support of professionals in the regions if needed.
  • to produce regular compliance risk reporting to the iptiQ board of directors and iptiQ management team
  • to support development of the Annual Compliance Plan
  • to support the identification and promotion of innovation in Compliance solutions in the retail industry

About You

Skills and Experience:

 

  • (pre-requisite) Compliance professional with 5+ years' experience in the primary Life or Non-Life insurance market (working experience in UK is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in M&A and consequent integrations
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Data Protection, Conduct Risk and avoiding mis-selling, Fraud Risk and Complaints Handling in respect of retail products
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic and changing matrix environment
  • Ability to communicate and lead change in an international business environment

Language

Proficient in English, any other language is considered a plus
