CorSo Finance Office Manager (Hybrid; m/f/x/d; 80-100%)

About the Role

As a CorSo Finance Office Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our Finance division, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning while supporting senior management with essential administrative and operational activities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive divisional communication activities including newsletters, announcements, and management of intranet and collaboration platforms
  • Organize and coordinate divisional meetings, conferences, town halls, and physical/virtual offsites including managing deadlines
  • Support personnel planning and organizational administration, including maintaining organizational diagrams and structures
  • Ensure completion of HR processes such as goal setting, year-end reviews, and necessary training requirements across the division
  • Lead records and document management initiatives to ensure proper information governance
  • Act as single point of contact for divisional SharePoint maintenance and information management
  • Coordinate and facilitate Finance Knowledge Exchange sessions and other communication platforms
  • Handle ad hoc requests from leadership and support day-to-day operational deliverables as needed

 

 

About the Team

You'll join the CorSo Finance CFO Office, a department in the CorSo Finance Division within Swiss Re's Finance Function. The department is responsible for CorSo Finance Strategy, Initiatives and Projects, Transformation and Divisional Operations. Your role will focus specifically on ensuring excellence in Divisional Operations.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in relevant operational roles
  • Experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services industry or consulting
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience in structuring and preparing presentations tailored to specific audiences

 

 

These are additional nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with change management in complex organization
  • Background in budget management and financial reporting
  • Experience with governance and controls
  • Experience working in multinational organizations with diverse stakeholders

 

 

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 94,000 CHF and 142,000 CHF for a full-time role.

The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role

• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.

 

 

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
