About the Role

As the Enabling AI Delivery Lead, you will own business-side delivery and value realization of AI initiatives, ensuring commercial, operational, and strategic outcomes. You will ensure cohesive delivery across products and operational workstreams and lead the business-side activation of AI solutions, including change management, training, communication, and adoption at scale.

You will shape our AI capability foundation, contributing to strategic decisions on tooling, governance, standards, and operating models. You will partner with Data & Tech on building repeatable AI delivery foundations, including data readiness, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, and continuous model monitoring.

Your role involves shaping investment and prioritization decisions for AI initiatives, making go/no-go recommendations based on business value and feasibility. Finally, you will engage credibly and operate at eye level with senior leaders fostering alignment and driving decision-making across the P&C Data & Tech program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption at scale, ensuring deployed AI capabilities become part of standard business operations across global teams.
  • Define business requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria aligned with strategic priorities and monitor benefits realization and overall business outcomes.
  • Partner with the D&T AI Product Delivery Lead to orchestrate cross-functional execution across business, engineering, data science, and product teams.
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across cross-functional teams, removing blockers and ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions and ensuring accountability.
