About the Role


As a Graduate Expense Analyst within our L&H Cost Management team, you'll learn to support critical cost reporting and analysis functions, working alongside experienced professionals in an international and diverse environment. This entry-level position offers excellent development opportunities and a solid foundation for your finance career.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quarterly IFRS Cost Reporting by gathering data and supporting the analysis process
  • Help prepare monthly BU cost reports under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support the development of cost insights by collecting and organizing relevant financial information
  • Learn the annual expense planning process and help with data collection and validation
  • Participate in team projects related to cost analysis and process improvement
  • Build cross-functional relationships as you collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Develop problem-solving skills by identifying data discrepancies and proposing solutions

 

About the Team


The L&H RE Cost Management team is part of the L&H Finance Division with staff in locations in EMEA and Asia. The team mandate is to provide transparency and analysis on direct, indirect, full costs and IFRS expenses to our stakeholders. We develop and execute expenses plans, forecasts, and performance assessments. We interact with a number of stakeholder teams in a cross functional and global environment.


About You


You're a recent graduate with a curious mind and enthusiasm for learning about financial analysis. You have a methodical approach to problem-solving and enjoy working with numbers and data. You're eager to develop your skills in a supportive team environment and build a foundation for your finance career.


We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong academic background with demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Interest in cost management or financial planning
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of financial analysis

These are additional nice to haves

  • Internship or project experience related to finance or data analysis
  • Familiarity with data visualization concepts

 

The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
