About the Role
This role places you at the heart of Swiss Re's decision-making, offering direct exposure to executive-level strategy and a broad range of topics. You will contribute to the development of the Group's strategic agenda while gaining invaluable experience in the reinsurance industry through meaningful rotations and tailored training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic initiatives by supporting the Group strategic agenda through analyses, research, and thought leadership
- Drive transformation by contributing to high-impact, cross-functional projects that create value across business units and group functions
- Generate insights through market, competitor, and financial analyses to help identify risks and opportunities
- Support decision-making by preparing materials for the Executive Group and Board of Directors
- Collaborate globally with stakeholders from various business areas and geographies in a fast-paced environment

About You
You're an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can translate complex concepts into clear insights, and are eager to learn and grow in a global reinsurance context.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Strong analytical and data processing skills with ability to break down complexity and prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience building relationships across functions and geographies
- University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, insurance or related roles is a plus.
The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
