Group Strategy Manager (Hybrid; m/f/x/d; 80-100%);

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Group Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the strategic direction for the Swiss Re Group.

About the role

This role places you at the heart of Swiss Re's decision-making, offering direct exposure to executive-level strategy and a broad range of topics. You will contribute to the development of the Group's strategic agenda while gaining invaluable experience to grow within a global organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop strategic initiatives by supporting the Group strategic agenda through analyses, research, and thought leadership
• Drive transformation by contributing to high-impact, cross-functional projects that create value across business units and group functions
• Generate insights through market, competitor, and financial analyses to help identify risks and opportunities
• Support executive decision-making by preparing materials for the Group Executive Committee and Board of Directors
• Collaborate globally with stakeholders from various business areas and geographies in a fast-paced environment

About You

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Strong analytical and data processing skills, with the ability to break down complexity and prioritize
• Solid understanding of (re)insurance, financial services, or related industries
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience building relationships across functions and geographies
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
• University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 98,000 CHF and 146,000 CHF for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:

• The requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role 
• The applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. 

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
