About the Role
This internship is your opportunity to dive into one of the most exciting transformations happening in the insurance industry. As an Intern in the P&C Underwriting Transformation team, you will contribute to meaningful projects that help underwriters work smarter, faster, and more effectively. From exploring emerging technologies to supporting business analysis and adoption efforts, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support use-case development by researching and analysing how AI and digital tools can solve real underwriting challenges
- Assist in pilot programmes by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and documenting learnings across transformation initiatives
- Conduct business analysis to identify process gaps, map workflows, and translate business needs into actionable insights
- Contribute to value assessments by helping to measure and communicate the impact of transformation initiatives on underwriting performance
- Support adoption activities by contributing to change management efforts, preparing training materials, and engaging with stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, and change management teams to support seamless delivery of transformation projects
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to a variety of audiences

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Demonstrated familiarity with AI, data, or digital transformation, gained through coursework, project work, internships, extracurricular activities, or hands-on experimentation
- The ability to understand business needs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Comfort working with data and using quantitative and qualitative evidence to support conclusions
These are additional nice to haves:
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, automation, data analysis, or rapid prototyping
- Experience with analytical or data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar
- Project coordination experience, including familiarity with agile ways of working
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, including an understanding of underwriting processes
- Experience supporting change management, user research, training, or stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in a multilingual environment; language skills beyond English are an advantage

The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process. The expected start date for this position is as soon as possible and expected duration of the internship is 4 to 6 months.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
