About the Role

As a major strategic initiative, it is critical that we can clearly articulate and pursue our strategy, tracking progress against our stated objectives, and adapting to customer and stakeholder requirements.In this role, you will work closely with the International Program leadership to support the definition and presentation of our strategy to stakeholders at all levels in the organisation, monitoring and updating the messaging to ensure that we are agile in our approach.You will also play a key role in the development of the business plan for International Programs and support the reporting of progress against our key objectives from a financial and operational perspective.With your deep understanding of the strategic positioning of the proposition, you will support the Innovation and Transformation activities by participating in the identification, prioritisation and delivery of new capabilities

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop crisp, concise communications and presentations for key stakeholders, steering meetings and support the International Program communications plan
  • Work with the International Program leadership team in the development and presentation of all elements of the strategy, aligning with the Corporate Solutions and Swiss Re strategies
  • Coordinate the business planning process for International Programs, gathering regional feedback and bringing in appropriate inputs and models
  • Preparation and presentation of reports tracking progress of key results supporting strategic objectives
  • Actively participate in the work of the Innovation and Transformation Office to support the development of the capabilities and processes

 

About You

  • Business know-how and proven experience in an operations or business function
  • Experience supporting the administration of International Insurance Programs and/or Commercial Insurance Contracts advantageous, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Project management experience preferable
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and terminology advantageous, not essential
  • Comfortable working remotely and within a virtual, distributed team
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and deliver high-quality products under pressure
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an asset
  • Goal-orientation and willingness toward continuous learning
