Join us in driving meaningful transformation initiatives at iptiQ. We're seeking a Project & Transformation Manager to help steer our organization through strategic changes.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project & Transformation Manager to join our Transformation & Program Delivery Team on a temporary contract until December 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating key transformation initiatives across iptiQ — working closely with teams from different departments and senior leadership to ensure effective planning and execution. You will have strong exposure to our Leadership Team.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a structured and sharp mindset, and a passion for driving transformation in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage strategic transformation projects, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes on time and within scope.
-
Support planning, execution, and progress tracking of initiatives; report regularly to project sponsors and governance bodies.
-
Coordinate stakeholders and project team members across departments to ensure in-time and in-quality project delivery.
-
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
-
Prepare high-quality management presentations and documentation for executive and board-level meetings.
-
Provide strategic support to and challenge the Leadership Team — including preparation of strategic recommendations, project updates, and ad hoc materials.
About the Team
The Transformation & Program Delivery team is a small, empowered team at the core of strategy and execution, driving impact across functions and regions. Embedded in Technology & Operations, we drive initiatives across the full partner lifecycle—from partner onboarding to growth and offboarding—acting as trusted orchestrators and escalation points. We translate strategy into results through transformation delivery, strong governance, and disciplined KPI and risk management, all while fostering communication, people engagement and operational excellence across EMEA.
About You
You're a strategic project manager who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at bringing structure to complex initiatives. With strong communication skills and analytical mindset, you can translate vision into actionable plans while effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
-
3+ years' experience in the financial or insurance sector, or in management consulting.
-
Proven experience managing strategic and complex transformation projects.
-
Ability to create and manage detailed project plans, track timelines and deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver clear, consistent project status reporting.
-
Confident communicator — able to simplify complex topics and engage senior stakeholders.
-
Skilled in crafting clear, executive-level deliverables and decision items.
-
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT and Co-pilot.
These are additional nice to haves:
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing multiple priorities.
