Strategy Analyst - Graduate (Hybrid, m/f/x/d)

Over an 18-month period, you will receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different lines of business and departments. 
 

About the Role

 

We are looking for a passionate person to join the Group Strategy & Performance Management team. In this role, you´ll work in a team of diverse professionals who execute the Group Strategy & Performance Management mandate on behalf of the Group CEO and CFO. You will support the Group's key strategic initiatives and Performance Management tasks, including the development of in-depth market and competitor analysis, tracking strategic initiatives across the Group and the analysis and reporting of financial KPIs to Senior Management.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Financial analysis on the Group results, including the preparation of performance reports for senior management
  • Support the definition and delivery of strategic initiatives to achieve the CEO ambition, including the reporting and tracking of progress
  • Assist in building slides and materials for senior management

About You 


You’re a strategic and creative thinker when dealing with challenges and opportunities. You combine strong interpersonal skills that make it easy for you to work within a team, with deep analytical skills to manage data and derive insights. Flexibility and curiosity play a role in your ability to learn new skills quickly.

 

Essentials:

 

  • Successfully completed university degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Math, Science or equivalent
  • Strong interest in/motivation to learn about insurance/reinsurance
  • Strong analytical skills and can focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture
  • Strong financial modelling skills and technical know-how
  • Proven ability to meet deliverables, implement plans, and conduct analysis
  • Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

 

Nice to Haves:

 

  • Professional experience in consulting, finance, and/or (re)insurance
  • Keen interest in the (re)insurance industry
  • Ambitious and energetic, seeking out creative solutions and ways of working
