Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic translation: Break down complex business challenges into clear problem statements and actionable solution approaches
- Project leadership: Drive delivery, owning financial stewardship, reporting, milestone planning, stakeholder alignment and execution oversight.
- Operating model design: Support the design and implementation of future-state underwriting governance, portfolio steering, and decision-making operating models
- AI/Digital transformation: Lead AI and other digital transformation efforts, shaping robust business cases and driving disciplined execution (scope, timeline, cost, risks, dependencies) through adoption and benefits realisation
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work across business units, functions and regions to ensure solutions are practical, adopted, and sustainable
- Delivery alignment Partner with programme, business and Data & Tech leads to ensure alignment, timely decisions and successful delivery
The role offers high visibility and broad exposure, with opportunities to build a strong internal network and help shape decisions across the organisation.
